Bathroom renovation is going to start this week. This may change class schedule and it may affect where we have class once this starts. I do know that boxing bags will need to be moved and it may impact boxing classes unless we can figure out a way to set them up. All belongings in the boxes in the back will need to be removed by the end of today before 7:30 pm. I'm sorry but you'll have to make the trip in to get them and you can leave them in your car until the boxes are moved to a new location and you can bring them back. Thank you.

Do we ever stop bringing it ??!! Nope. It's those results we are always posting. The transformations. The constant client love. The packed classes. So what do we have to do.? Continue the challenge Push the advanced people harder. Join me April 30th and advanced clients only on this one as the description states. The timing is set. It's full on go and you have to be ready to hit these exercises with minimal modifications. They asked for it. I gave it.
