🥈 GJNC Blue Bracket Runner-Up! 🥈

What a way to finish the season for Phoenix 16 Red!

This weekend, the Firebirds capped off an incredible year by finishing 2nd Overall in the GJNC Blue Bracket, adding one more impressive result to a season full of growth, resilience, and success.

Season Highlights:
🥈 GJNC Blue Bracket Runner-Up
🥈 Windy City Challenge Runner-Up
🏅 5th Overall – CanAm Classic (16 Premier)
🏅 6th Overall – Nike Open (16 Open)
🥉 3rd Overall – Cincinnati Grand Prix
🥉 3rd Place Copper – MEQ (16 USA)

The results speak for themselves, but what made this team special wasn’t just where they finished. It was the way they grew together throughout the season. Through long tournament weekends, tough matches, injuries, setbacks, and successes, this group stayed committed to each other and continued to improve as one unit.

Volleyball seasons eventually come to an end, but the friendships, memories, and bonds created along the way will last far beyond the final point. We couldn’t be prouder of the way these athletes represented Phoenix all season long.

Congratulations to our Phoenix 16 Black squad on finishing 2nd Place in the Red Bracket this past weekend!
This group has put together an incredible season, highlighted by:

🏆 1st Place – OVR Presidents’ Day Cup
🥉 3rd Place in Gold – Detroit Can Am Classic
🥈 2nd Place in Gold Red Division – This Weekend
From the first tournament of the season to now, this team has consistently competed at a high level, proving that hard work, dedication, and team-first volleyball pay off. We’re proud of the growth they’ve shown and the standard they’ve set every time they step on the court.

Phoenix Volleyball Club is proud to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of our boys athletes who earned All-State and All-Region honors during the 2026 high school season.
With 22 Phoenix athletes recognized across Division I and Division II, these honors are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment these players have shown both in their high school programs and throughout their time training at Phoenix.
From All-State selections to Regional Players of the Year, these athletes continue to raise the standard and represent what it means to compete at the highest level. We are incredibly proud of each player and grateful to have been a part of their development.
Congratulations to all of our honorees on an incredible season and a well-deserved recognition. Your success continues to showcase the strength of the Phoenix Boys Program and the bright future of boys volleyball in Northeast Ohio. 🔥🏐

🏐 Huge congratulations to our Club Directors, Logan Jennings and Larry Meehan, on punching their tickets to the Final Four!

Logan and Saint Vincent–Saint Mary High School earned a 3–0 win over Springfield High School, while Larry and Hudson High School battled to a 3–0 win over Saint Ignatius High School to secure their spots at state.

Also, a huge shoutout to Independence High School on winning their regional and making the trip to states as well!

This coming weekend, a combined 24 Phoenix athletes will represent Northeast Ohio at Wittenberg — a testament to the work being done across our club and the dedication our athletes bring every day.

We’re proud to continue developing and supporting some of the top volleyball talent in the region and can’t wait to watch our athletes and coaches compete on the biggest stage.

We’re excited to officially launch the Firebirds, a new high-school boys program from Phoenix Volleyball Club designed for players who want high-level coaching and competitive volleyball without the full national travel cost and commitment.

The Firebirds program offers:
🔥 Training and skill development by area top coaches
🔥 2 local tournaments included (no overnight costs necessary)
🔥 2 practices per week
🔥 Affordable price point of $850 (spirit wear and uniform included)
🔥 A fun, developmental, competitive environment

This is the perfect opportunity for athletes who love the game, want to continue improving, and want to compete close to home while still experiencing the Phoenix culture.

Bronze in Platinum 🥉🔥

Big congrats to our PHXVBC 16 Yellow team for closing out their season with bronze medals at the OVR Championships in Columbus this past weekend 🏐

This group battled through every challenge the season threw at them and continued to grow stronger together along the way. The improvement, resilience, and effort they showed from start to finish made this season something to be proud of.

An awesome way to wrap up the year — proud of this team and the fight they brought all season long ❤️🖤

Future is BRIGHT for PHXVBC 12 Orange ✨🏐
Our 12 Orange team wrapped up their season in the best way possible — bringing home GOLD at the OVR Championships in their division in Columbus this past weekend 🥇
This group has put in the work all season long, and it’s been incredible watching their confidence, teamwork, and love for the game grow every tournament. They compete hard, learn fast, and never back down from a challenge.
These young warriors are building something special, and their dedication to improving every day is exactly what will continue shaping the future of PHXVBC ❤️🖤
