The Philadelphia Face-Off League is an exclusive fraternity of the top face-off guys from each middle school and high school in the Greater Philly Area. This league is open to anybody who is a current starter or who has at least 1 year of facing off at a high level for their varsity or club lacrosse teams. As a face-off guy the only way to improve is to practice against guys who are on the same le

vel. Throughout our practices you will be constantly getting reps against guys who are just as fast and quick as you are. March Recap 👀

For those new to PFL, the pictures of these groups we post are of guys who make it to the bonus 30 mins of PFL practice. They’ve earned the right to make it to our bonus time.

From 7:30-8 PM, the guys who are still standing in Bodnar and Dolentes groups during our competition square off to see which team goes home victorious.

Keeping things competitive at PFL is what separates us from anywhere else.

The first wave of FO duos is officially here 👀

The most electric faceoff tournament in America is back in two weeks.

With Super Bowl Sunday right around the corner, there are so many storylines heading into PFL Jam

-Will the reigning champs and make history as the first-ever back-to-back champions?

-Could we see the first NJ duo take home the Green Jackets?

-Or will a younger, hungrier duo catch fire and make a Cinderella run? It almost happened last year.

Plenty more previews and breakdowns coming soon.

We also just got a couple more RSVPs for tonight—I’ll be releasing the next set of duos over the next day or two. If you want to play in PFL Jam and don’t have a partner, let me know and I’ll help match you up.

Friendly reminder: if you’re a guy who’s committed, don’t be the one who takes their foot off the gas.

Don’t get complacent this winter. I promise you—there are guys out there working right now who want what you have.

Nothing is more disappointing as a Coach than seeing a player train like an absolute madman the first two years of high school, commit to a great program, then disappear the next two.

This position is all about maintaining a mental edge. The guys who keep showing up and keep putting the beat down on anyone who lines up against them are the ones who stay successful. And that success and confidence carries straight into college.
