The Media Chess Club will be taking on the Mainline Chess Club in a friendly club rematch on Tuesday, July 15th! If you are interested in traveling to Ardmore to represent the MCC, please sign up below:

Huge thank you to ♟ International Master Tom Bartell of Main Line Chess & Games for join us Tuesday for a Simul Exhibition. He played a grueling 30 boards over 3 hours and went 25W, 2L, 3D!

👏 Congratulations to the standout participants: Aaron Biscoe (w), Patrick Mc Ree (w), Ed Kline, Hassan Boyouk, and Jayden Yang.

What a fantastic day at the Marketplace Summer Blitz Chess Tournament! 🏆

We had 24 talented players battling it out on the chessboard, and the competition was fierce.

Congratulations to our winners:
* Open Section:
* Champion (and 3-time winner!): Greg Nolan (undefeated!)
* Tied for 2nd: Jeff LaComb & Nick Christofides
* Under 1500 Section:
* 1st Place: Kevin Andrews (a perfect 9/9 score!)

* 3rd Place: Faelan McDermott

We will meet next on June 11th which will be a 25min + 5sec quad. All events have been pushed back by one week.
