👉We all get busy with life but it’s so important for us to make time to work on our Mental and Physical Health.

Here are a few tips to help get you back on track:
1. Prioritize Exercise-Block off your schedule for kickboxing. When you put it in the calendar you are more likely to come.
2. Team up with a friend-Text your friend and make plans to workout together.
3. Reward yourself-Pick out something you want to earn. Set a goal and when you reach it you earn your prize. Then set a new one. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Goals are great.
4. Meal prep-This takes planning and preparation but exercise alone isn’t enough to lose weight and feel better for yourself.
5. Stop making excuses-Good things will happen once you stop making excuses.
