People said we were crazy when we announced we were coming to Medford.

There were already plenty of cheap gyms. Plenty of places to work out.

But there wasn’t anything truly special.

And we don’t do anything half-assed.

We didn’t just come to Medford. We kicked the door open.

What’s happened since has been even better than we imagined. Our members have been nothing short of incredible. Supportive of our team. Kind to one another. Bought into the culture and community we’re building here.

Because a great gym is more than equipment and square footage.

It’s the best tools. Great people. High standards. An environment that makes you want to show up and get better.

Hard assets and intangibles, all under one roof.

Built for Strength. Designed for Everyone.

Because everybody deserves a place like this to train.
