The last Hurrah! Six inches of snow made it possible to roll some trails and set a ski track. Estimated snow fall in the next two days is over 20”. A nice day to be in the woods, snowshoeing or skiing. It may be the last day for skiing. Mid-40’s by Friday.

The trails are groomed and tracked, it was a pleasant surprise to have enough snow to track! Hopefully they hold up during the next couple of days with warm temperatures.

This morning there was sufficient snow to groom trails and track. Surprisingly it tracked fairly well. The Aspen, Maple, Pine, Balsam, and Tamarack trails are completely groomed and tracked. I will finish the remaining trails later this morning.

This morning I was able to track trails again. Last week equipment breakdown and blowing snow made it difficult to track trails. They are now in good shape, for winter enthusiasts! 😊

The trails for snowshoeing and skiing are in great condition in the woods. The open areas have quite a bit of blowing snow, tomorrow the field will be tracked for skiing, hopefully the wind will diminish and they will not blow over with snow.

The 2+ inches of snow made it possible to groom trails. They are in good condition with a few icey spots. Skiing & snowshoeing conditions are very good.

The rain this past week has made grooming trails very difficult! The trails are suitable for snowshoeing. There was a light snow this morning, which helped with the ski tracks, however skiing is fast and we would recommend only skiing the flat trails going south of the buildings. The hills would be too fast and unsafe.
