We are stoked to be adding a “Burn” option to our daily CrossFit classes! This takes some of the complexity of Olympic weightlifting and high skill gymnastics out of the equation for athletes who may be struggling with injury, or for those who just want a simplified version of a high intensity, constantly varied, functional workout. Workout alongside the rest of our community, just doing your version of our daily workout.
