In the inaugural NJYS Open Cup — a season-long competition created to bring New Jersey’s top teams together regardless of league affiliation — RFA has placed 2 teams into the 3 championship finals 👏⚽️

With U13, U14 and U19 boys divisions competing across MLS NEXT, ECNL, EDP, USYS National League and beyond, this event was built to answer one question:

Who stands at the top of New Jersey? 👑

Congratulations to Keira Platt on her commitment to ! Keira has always led by example, earning the respect of teammates, coaches, and classmates through her character, humility, and unwavering commitment to those around her. Whether in the classroom, in the community, or on the soccer field, she has consistently represented herself and her teams with integrity and pride. Her ability to balance academic excellence with athletic achievement has made her a tremendous role model and has helped pave the way for this next opportunity at Kean University.

At Lenape High School, Keira has excelled both on the field and in the classroom. She earned 3x All-Olympic Conference Second Team honors, was recognized with the Good Citizenship Award, and is a member of the National Honor Society. She was also recently selected as a recipient of the Colleen Heon Scholarship, awarded to a graduating student-athlete who exemplifies outstanding character, leadership, sportsmanship, and service to their school and community. Her ability to balance academic excellence with athletic success is a testament to her dedication and work ethic.

🔥 U14 Girls NAL | Mid-Atlantic Champions Energy 🔥

What a season for our RFA U14 (2012) Girls NAL squad as they officially QUALIFIED for the NAL Championships in Lancaster, PA! 💪⚽

The team finished Mid-Atlantic league play with a dominating 15-1-2 record, scoring an incredible 88 goals while conceding only 9 all season. 👏

Their year has been filled with consistency, growth, and big-stage performances - including winning the Capelli Sport+ Tournament in August, capturing the top bracket of the FC Europa Turf Cup in March, reaching the NJYS NCS State Cup Final in the fall, and putting together a strong Jeff Cup showing with wins over two Girls Academy teams in Virginia.

Proud of this group and we’re excited to see them compete on the national stage!
