If you're in law enforcement and youre not training some form of martial arts)grappling outside of your trainings, you're doing your community a disservice.

Please find a way to get some extra training in. There's lots of free or discounted ways to make that happen.

Edit to add we are a law enforcement family. I am pro law enforcement. I just want them to come home safely and safely handle situations.

Women's only jiu jitsu 10:00 am

Why should you try jiu jitsu as a woman ?

1. As someone who has struggled with body image my whole life nothing has helped me more than realizing how f**king awesome my body is and what it can do.
2. Self defense - unfortunately women are usually going to be assaulted on the ground and most assaults end there regardless. Know how to defend yourself from inferior positions.
3. Community. Women supporting women. Helping us grow and learn. Cheering each other on.
4. Sport- there's honestly not much more fun than c**king someone out. (FB likes to ban me).

What do you need to try it?
Athletic wear- t shirt- leggings...
Be willing to learn.
You're not supposed to know anything. That's my job to teach you.
These classes are great for beginners, they're simple, they're fun, they're supportive.
