2025 Holiday Challenge comes to an end! Members earned tickets by using their heart rate monitors, participating in a power lifting competition, decreasing body fat percentage or maintaining body weight through the holidays!

Extremely proud of client Margaret the last few months! She came in with the great goals in mind, put her head down to work, and hasn’t looked back yet!

Her posture is already night and day, genuinely standing taller, while improving her mechanics, moving much more fluently and with less discomfort! Her shoulders and hips are more mobile and stable, allowing her to barbell squat!

She is getting stronger than ever already, and chiseling away, while loving the strength training, that feels so much better. Her attention to detail stays unmatched, and it’s very cool to watch her blossom! Heading into the new year with some new PRs, and much more to come!

Since training with Natacha at FINE, Teri feels better in her own body! She has more stamina and energy throughout the day, feels noticeably stronger, and her back pain is gone. Since training consistently, her bloodwork results have improved, reinforcing the positive changes she feels physically. Teri feels supported by a program that truly prioritizes her health, leaving her stronger, healthier, and better equipped to face the challenges of being on her feet all day, teaching teenagers at a high school. Continue your great work, and let’s keep on getting stronger!

A huge shoutout to our client Joey here, who has dialed in on his workouts and nutrition, and has been absolutely crushing it all around with Coach Roo!

Joey is down 10lbs of fat mass, while adding 5lbs of muscle mass to his body composition,

Remember, the scale is just ONE number, it’s more about what makes up that number!

But hats off to Joey for his great accomplishments, feeling better and stronger than ever, with much more to come! (The real highlight might have been Texas football beating the aggies this week) 🤌🏻

When Paulette started training at F.I.N.E she was worried about movements involving bending and twisting. She complained of a bad back. By following corrective stretching and strengthening program, she was able to significantly reduce her lumbar curve and eliminate her back pain. That’s right Eliminated Her Pain! She is now able to perform advanced bending and twisting motions with ease. She has mentioned repeatedly that she feels like she has A NEW BACK.

Meet Lissa! Another client we are extremely proud of, with her tremendous drive to continuously get better! She is in her 70’s and stronger than ever, still carrying her own AC units up and down from the basement! She is very happy to also feel so good at the same time, which is the important part! We are excited to see her continue to strengthen and improve her craft, from the help of Coach Natacha! 💪🏻

At one point my man Michael here was afraid to go up and down the stairs! He was constantly worried he would experience pain and/or injure himself to the point where just walking was uncomfortable. After targeting some insufficient movement patterns and increasing strength where there was weakness, Michael is pain and fear free!!
This is why Michael has made it on our accomplishment board! Congratulations Michael, being pain free is simply the best…some may say better than all the rest!

Each circuit/superset will be done 4x through, with most reps ranging 10-20

Plank rock on toes- 15x
(30-40sec rest, 4x through)

Tricep dips -15x
In and out crunch -10x
(30-40sec rest, 4x through)

Bear pose scapula push up- 15x

Superman hold- 25-35sec
