Round two of qualifying was a bit chaotic as we did the warm up burnout rain came in and we had to shutoff for a moment. Refueled and then got the run in. Tire shake made run a dud. Round 3 we improved to a 5:40 leaving us in the number 8 spot. Race day begins at noon today for us. Here is the first round line up.

Qualifying round three, much better. Mike runs a [email protected] and will line up with Casey Grisel for round 1 eliminations.

1st round of qualifying did not go as well as the team would like. Mike Austin Runs 6.233/154.67 Retainer Broke so shut off to avoid damage. Sitting number 10 out of 14. Next round is at 5:50 p.m. Should be a much better run. Stay tuned......

Qualifying starts around noon Friday. At this point it looks like we have 14 cars in our class to contend with. As 16 cars fill the field the LAD Team will qualify for the event. Some strong competition this weekend.

The team is heading down to Pomona for the WinterNationals. This will be the first run of the season for the LAD Team. Wishing the team a great weekend!!!
