Hi, I'm Rachele Kakles, director of The Dance Haven and I love teaching Zumba classes. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! Check out my class schedule to find a class for you or send me an e-mail and I'll get in touch with you about finding a class. Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! Rachele, has been a dance and fitness instructor for over twenty years and is the owner and director of a The Dance Haven, Inc. She holds a Business Degree with a Minor in Dance along with a Certification in Physical Fitness & Training. Her passion is teaching and believes that dance and fitness can improve one’s quality of life. Rachele enjoys working at various local gyms, schools and at community events and fundraisers. She loves teaching in a community based environment because it allows her to give personal attention, build relationships and help individuals to strive towards their fitness goals. Rachele has been a licensed Zumba® Instructor and Zumba Gold® Instructor since 2009 and has received rave reviews from clients with and without past fitness experience. She teaches a variety of group fitness and dance classes for all levels. Her classes leave you feeling amazing inside and out!

WE ARE OPEN MONDAY - THURSDAY THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER, WE KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE TRAVEL AND GO AWAY THROUGH OUT JULY AUGUST SO PLEASE TRY TO SIGN UP AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR SO OUR INSTRUCTORS CAN PREPARE

Mondays

Zumba & Power Sculpt w/ Rachele 6:00 - 7:00 pm (1/2. hour cardio 1/2 hour power sculpt)

Mix it Up Mondays w/ Rachele 7:15-8:15 Super fun dance class - a different style of dance every week and fun themes.

Tuesdays
Barre Express w/Dani or Rachele- 6:30 - 7:15 pm

Adult Tap Dance Class with Rachele - 7:30-8:15 pm (some prior tap experience needed not a beginner class)

Wednesdays
Power Yoga 7:15 -8:00 pm with Kellie

Thursdays
HIIT w/ Rachele 5:30 - 6:15 pm (Cardio - Muscle Mix - Interval Training)
