Such a great “game” we played that engages the core, and mimics a bent over row for back, chest, and arms but made simple for developing strength. Added skills are coordination to take the flat cone off and put on the color cones, color identification, and burning off energy running back and forth between the cones. Great job Toddler 2 class!

What an honor to led the Clare sMiles for a Cure kids races and call off the run, walk, and Strollathon.

The kids did an obstacle course, ran a race, and got to walk with their families in support to raising awareness and funding to research for Rett Syndrome.

It means so much to support my friend and her family and to help entertain and empower the kids to get active for a worthy cause. Thank you for having me!

Those Runner Kids offers a dynamic outdoor fitness class designed to get children moving in a fun and engaging way. Led by a certified running coach and personal trainer specializing in youth fitness, this mini session introduces kids to running concepts through playful activities. Children participate in games like relay races and obstacle courses, which help develop gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, balance, coordination, speed, and agility. Additionally, the class incorporates elements that promote social skills and school readiness, such as recognizing colors and numbers, imaginative play, sharing, taking turns, and following directions
