Congratulations to DSP athlete on earning All County and League 6 pitcher of the year!

Lauren started her strength program this off season and continued it IN SEASON and consistently gets her training in 2-3x a week remotely while playing a full schedule and balancing her classes.

Extremely proud of her hard work and it paid off. Looking forward to ramping up her program for this summer and seeing her strength progress which translates into her success on and off the field!
