Junior team is a great way to grow your skills in preparation to one day be on our varsity team! Also, a great way to try it out and see if it is something you are interested in!

HAPPY BELATED 13TH BIRTHDAY TO MARILYN!
I dropped the ball yesterday and completely apologize!

Marilyn is such an asset to our growning team! She is always willing to work hard and it shows! This young lady never misses a beat! Marilyn is going into her second year as a Medford cheerleader, and has cheered for football, wrestling, and some basketball!

We hope you had a wonderful day Marilyn!

First practice of fall 2026 cheerleading is in the books! We cannot wait to be under those Friday night lights again!

Varsity is absolutely stacked with quality and quantity this season! This is the largest team we have had in over 5+ years, with 12 on our team!

For clarification: If you see this post be aware that it has no affiliation with Medford Tigers Cheerleading. Coach Standley is not involved with this program either. They are completely separate from Medford Public School.

We do have our own teams for these age groups!
We do our minis twice a year and that is grades preschool through 6th. Then we have a Junior Team, open to grades 4th through 12th. Junior Team is a way to get some experience with cheerleading without the high commitment level of varsity. This team is going to be cheering a mixture of football, basketball, and wrestling this next school year!

Then Varsity is 7th through 12th, and you must tryout in the spring to be on this team.

Happy 13th Birthday to Autumn!

She has cheered football, wrestling, and a little baseball in her first year as a Medford Varsity Cheerleader! This young lady is fearless and is always willing to try something new!

You can catch Autumn at the top of a stunt or throwing a wicked tumbling pass on the sideline this fall!
