Few laps around Shadyhill Speedway in heat race action this past weekend!!! Unfortunately we lost the cam spud to laps into the A feature, and scored a DNF. That was two DNF's in the weekend....👎😖👎

Second race of the year with the Midwest Throwback Sprints this year, took us to downtown Putnamville Indiana to run at the famed Lincoln Park Speedway. Here's a recap of the nights events.

On Sunday, Teresa and I headed down south to Windy Hollow Raceway in Owensborow Kentucky, to compete with the American Sprint Car Tour. The night wasn't horrible, and I got some more seat time, but ultimately mechanical failure took me out of the race. That's fine, I wasn't competitive anyways. Just logging laps to see what this car likes, and doesn't like. So, with the exception of one broken radius rod and a bent shock, we loaded the car up in one piece at the end of the night. I wanna thank Derek DC Crane for leaning me a radius rod to get the car loaded in the trailer. As for the track, those guys really took good care of us, and made us feel very welcomed. The track surface was also good, but I must say, I really struggled wit the layout of this tricky little D-shaped bullring. Up next for us will be Sept. 20th at Shadyhill Speedway. Looking forward to closing out this year, so I can start prepping for next year!!!! 👍😎👍
