Just drop them off on our outdoor barrel wooden bench. We will collect them until Labor Day which is September 7th. Thank you! 🇺🇸

🚨 Historic First: Suppressor Transfer Completed Without a Form 4

Just after midnight on August 13, the first suppressors in 92 years were lawfully transferred without an ATF Form 4 or NFA registration under the federal court’s injunction.

Who is eligible?

The ruling is not nationwide. The injunction protects the plaintiffs in the case and, where applicable, their current and future members and customers.

That includes certain members of plaintiff organizations such as Gun Owners of America (GOA), as well as customers involved in covered transactions with plaintiff businesses, including Silencer Shop.

Eligibility also depends on state law and the specific fi***rm involved. Some states still require the traditional Form 4 process, and this ruling does not eliminate every federal fi***rms requirement. Buyers still must comply with applicable Gun Control Act requirements, including the required background-check process.

One more important point: the DOJ’s formal appeal window has not yet expired, so the legal landscape could still change.

For now, though, the injunction is in effect—and the first no-Form-4 suppressor transfers since 1934 have happened.

As it currently stands, the temporary injunction delays enforcement from July 1, 2026, until December 31, 2026.

The DOJ is warning California that it may sue over the state’s upcoming “GLOCK ban.”

The law is set to take effect July 1 and would target certain semiautomatic handguns that officials say can be illegally converted with switches. But the DOJ says Californians still have a Second Amendment right to buy and use modern handguns for self-defense.

NEW: The Supreme Court just handed concealed carry holders a major victory in Hawaii.

In a 6-3 ruling, the Court struck down the state's law requiring businesses to give explicit permission before lawful concealed-carry permit holders could bring fi***rms onto their property.

"Hawaii's law at issue here violates the constitutional right to keep and bear arms," Justice Samuel Alito wrote, warning the rule exposed law-abiding gun owners to criminal charges for everyday stops at places like gas stations, grocery stores, and pharmacies.
