I am so glad you are here! HA!)

MY CLASS IS FREE TO OUR COMMUNITY!!! I do have a small donation box at the sign in counter that send all donations to the church ... but I would MUCH rather have people come to class and not worry about the money aspect ... So please join us! My class is a 1 hour dance class that is held on Monday evenings from 7 to 8pm at Fairmount

Christian Church. (Please show up a LITTLE early to sign in!)

I will post by 12pm on Mondays if I won't be holding class for some reason (snow, sickness, etc ...). PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK before making the trip! I am blessed that in five years I have never had to cancel due to sickness.🙃

REFIT was designed to support our minds, bodies, and spirits! My goal is to simply have you leave feelin' better than when you walked in ... We always do!

Don't worry about dance skills or health issues ... Everything can be modified to fit your abilities! This easy-to-follow formula is perfect for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts, with workouts designed for everybody and every body—regardless of age, shape, size, or ability! (We even have walkers, canes, and wheelchairs!)

Your FREE community/family-oriented class has some BIG Rockin' REFIT CHANGES!!! ... 🥳🎉

I have some GREAT news! I hope this is great news for all of you, as well!! 💞

For many years we had a 6pm class. We had to be moved to 7pm due to the childcare at Fairmount Christian Church.

The childcare has recently come to an end.

After class last Monday it was a unanimous vote that 6-7pm would work even better for our group!!

Josh requested the 6pm slot again ... and it was approved!!🎉

So the bad news is that I have to make up new business cards ... 😅👍

But the GOOD news is that we HOPE to have more kiddos back!!

7pm was a little late, but now it is more doable for everyone! ... UNDERSTANDABLY!!🥹

✅️We will see you all this Monday at 6pm!!

(Doors open at 5:30pm for fellowship ... A lot of people used to come straight from work and just change there. Up to you!)🥹

This NEW NANA has been on the night shift (12am to 12pm) since she was born on August 5th and is getting fairly used to the nights!!

Rockin' REFIT IS HAPPENING TONIGHT!!💃🏼

If you would like to help make my Monday ... "sleep sacrifice" ... worth it, come and dance with meee!!
🫣😅👍 ... And as a guest appearance from 6:30pm to 7pm, come meet THIS little character!! (She may judge you if you don't.)😂

We are canceling Refit class for this evening.

Cameron had our sweet Riley Rose and is in need of a little more Nana help. The pain is a little less, but that fatigue is strong. Checking that iron tomorrow. Healing payers are always welcome! 💜✝️💜

Hi, Guys!👋😃

Well, if you haven't already heard ... Our Sweet Riley Rose has finally made her appearance!! God blessed us with her little self on Wednesday, August 5th at 6:15am!👶🏼🌹

Though it was a tough labor for my girl, and there is a lot of healing pain happening, Mama and baby are doing very well and we are all VERY much in the love! 🥹👶🏼🌹💞

I have taken on the nightshift to help out since the beginning. I just got home and I am about to slumber the day away. 😴🥰

There will not be class this evening. I told Cameron I will be on nightshift until she is off of her pain medication (Motrin/Tylenol).

I imagine we will have class next week, but I will keep you posted in here and in our more private REFIT STARFISH group. (If you would like me to add you to that Messenger group, just let me know.)
