Wicomico Shores Golf Course The Wicomico Shores Golf Course is a beautiful, 18-hole public course owned by St. Mary's County Government and managed by the Dept. of Recreation & Parks.

The Clubhouse overlooks the expansive course, abundant wildlife and the scenic Wicomico River. The generously sized greens, level fairways and a variety of hole designs will provide a challenge to players of all abilities. 🇺🇸There's still space for eight more teams to participate in the Fourth of July 250 Tournament at Wicomico Shores!

📆This tournament has an 8:00am shotgun start on July 4th!

🎟Entry is $25 per person, plus green and cart fees. 4-person teams, with the first 24 teams being accepted.

⛳️Format: Captain’s Choice. Holes 1-6 from the red tees; holes 7-12 from the white tees; holes 13-18 from the blue tees. All team members play from same tees.

🚨The sign up deadline is June 29! Stop by the golf shop to sign up. Additionally, you can register by phone at 301-884-4601 or by emailing [email protected].

🛝Learn about the future of play in St. Mary's County and provide the planning team with your thoughts and ideas for the years ahead. This meeting will include a presentation from consultants and offers the opportunity to gather citizen input. All county residents are invited to participate!

⚠️Due to dry conditions, all holes are now following the 90 degree rule to keep our fairways protected.

📐Under this rule, carts are allowed on the fairway only at a 90-degree angle from the cart path. Please take the cart path to a spot that is even with your ball, make a 90 degree turn to drive straight toward the ball, then return back to the cart path the same way you came.

🌱This small step makes a big difference in protecting fairways and keeping the course in great shape for everyone!
