When Cathy and I sat down to talk about her movement, we didn't start with a generic plan. We spent time looking at the specific areas she was concerned about.
When people come in with a specific worry—a joint that feels off, a area that feels weak, or just a movement they're unsure of—the instinct is often to give them a long list of things to fix.
Usually, though, people don't need a massive overhaul. They just need a few focused movements that address what's actually on their mind, so they can feel supported instead of overwhelmed.
Trust is built in those small details. When someone knows you're paying attention to what actually matters to them, the work becomes a partnership rather than an instruction manual.
What's an area of your health right now that might just need a little focused attention instead of a complete overhaul?
