Tiger Stripe Camouflage
A pattern developed for close-range concealment in the dense jungles of southeast asia, primarily Vietnam, originally derived from the French βlizardβ camo. It was extensively utilized by the south vietnamese armed forces and adopted by the U.S. SOF and other elite units during the Vietnam War.
Despite its fame, it was NEVER an officially issued U.S. military uniform. Instead, troops would often purchased them from local Vietnamese tailors.
