A great day at the Mid Cap Summer Swimming Championship. Ducks captured 5th place out of 35 teams!! Great way to end another Ducks Swimming season

Final Fast Duck 60 of the year. Mid Cap Summer Swimming championships on Saturday at Central York high school, where all of our Ducks will see all of our other Duck friends from the many other teams in Central Pennsylvania

Looking forward to seeing all of our Ducks in a few weeks as we begin our Fall and Winter programming at the YMCA

Today, Hampden Ducks hosted the CASL Gary Shank All Star meet at Cumberland Valley High School. There were about 700 swimmers in attendance and our parents stepped up and ran a great event with lots of smiles and good times.

Next up…End of Season Picnic and Pool Party on Wednesday night.
