Our end‑of‑season picnic was full of great food and great company. Watching the kids celebrate at the pool afterward was the perfect reminder of why we do this: teamwork, friendship, and fun.

Thank you to all our coaches, swimmers, families, and volunteers who came out and helped make this celebration awesome.

The Ducks had an AWESOME day of racing at the CASL Division 4A Championship meet. We can’t wait to carry the momentum into All-Stars tomorrow, and Mid-Caps next weekend! 🐥🏅

📢Heads up, Ducks families!📢

Due to air quality and weather concerns, tomorrow’s meet will be held entirely indoors.

🏊Swimmers will remain seated on deck.
🚫Bleacher seats and chairs are NOT permitted in the gallery for this meet.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Spectators may set up chairs in designated overflow areas to wait for their swimmer's events. Please do not stay in the gallery for the duration of the meet.

We understand this setup may feel cramped. The meet host is asking all families to show extra grace, patience, and kindness as we navigate the space together. 🐥💗

We will NOT have practice today (7/17). Due to the poor air quality outside, Hampden Pool will not be open this morning and we will not have practice. Thank you for your understanding.

🍽️ 6:30 PM – Dinner at the Lower Pavilion in Hampden Park
👉 Sign up to bring a dish to share with 6–8 people.
🪑 Chairs and shades are encouraged!

🎤 7:30 PM – Coaches’ comments, annual parent meeting, and team gift handouts 🎁

🏊 8:00-10:00 PM – After‑hours private Pool Party at Hampden Pool for swimmers and their families!
