I THINK Facebook will now more easily allow me to transfer "ownership" of this page to its rightful caretakers. I've felt really badly about accidentally claiming that it was MY group. A couple wrong clicks, and BOOM! I "own" a page that isn't rightfully mine to claim.
I continue to apologize for that stupid mistake. And back when I made that mistake, it seemed almost impossible to fix it. Believe me, I scoured the net for information about how to do it.
If anyone from the club wants to contact me with a Private/Direct message through my personal account, we'll work to get the mess sorted out.

ATTENTION, ALL WHO WANT TO POST OR CHECK-IN HERE:
While researching for a party I'm planning for next June I accidentally "Claimed" ownership of this page. I'm not, nor have I ever been a member of the Mechanicsburg Club...though I ***am*** a Mechanicsburg native (now living in Lancaster)
Undoing that mistake is difficult.
Until I can figure out how to transfer the ownership and administration of this page to the folks at the Mechanicsburg Club, please don't feel snubbed if I don't address any issues you may have on this page, or anything to do with the picnic grounds.
It was a complete accident.
