Hello Friends!
I'm Lauren, the ❤️ behind Bleeding Heart Coaching, and I'm a Life Coach. I've spent the last season of my life in a garden of learning, nurturing this seed inside of me that wanted to grow to help others. I've grown beyond expectation in this fertile place, and it's time to stretch my branches out into the sun. I begin my coaching practice with a grateful heart and a deep desire to connect, to grow and to help you grow.
Maybe you are wondering, what is coaching? It's like this:
We know when we need change; we can feel it deep in our bones.
But the change needed often feels so far beyond what we can imagine for ourselves. A coach is a handhold on your journey of transformation, an outer source of support and compassion, an accountability partner and safe space to nurture your dreams. The mission of a life coach is to get you where you want to be - your fulfillment is the heart of what we hope to achieve, together.
We do this by meeting regularly and moving through the spots where you used to get stuck. We find ways. We set goals, and we follow up. And step by step, we move the needle forward on your dreams. And all you need to start this journey is a heart open to possibility.
