Four years ago, Freebird opened its doors with a simple intention: to create a space where people could move, breathe, connect + come home to themselves.
What started as a vision has become a community beyond anything we could have imagined. Together weโve shared thousands of classes, countless deep breaths, moments of growth, laughter, challenge, healing + connection.
To every student who has rolled out a mat, every teacher who has shared their gifts, and every person who has supported this space along the wayโฆthank you. You are the heart of Freebird.
This studio is so much more than four walls and yoga classes. Itโs a community. A family. A place where people show up exactly as they are and leave feeling a little more connected to themselves and each other.
