Teenagers get pushed beyond there imagination!!! They love it because they know I only care about one thing- JUST GET BETTER

Not much Else matters, it’s hard and it takes unimaginable effort but in the end its completely worth it:))

It’s what I do and I love these kids for accepting my intense demeanor!!

Kids learn quickly they have to compete, sometimes you win sometimes you lose but above all else- you always try try try your butt off!!!

At Ayars Elite Athletics I try very hard to balance pushing trainees, teaching trainees and finding each individuals best self!!!!

Let’s be honest we are all different, what makes one trainee “tick” maybe doesn’t make the next trainee “tick”!

I believe whole heartedly in training the total athlete! Mental and physical improvements are both necessary for all of us to improve!!!!

The AEA adult crew!

They work hard at there respective professions all day long- bring there kids to kick butt then they do the same!

The camaraderie is special, the effort is off the charts and the euphoria is real!!

We’re all trying to get better, trying to improve our fitness and most importantly trying to be excellent role models for our kids 🙂

Helping kids is very important to me!

Yes I yell a lot, yes I demand a lot but more importantly than all of that is providing the developmental instruction that our youth definitely need!

The training sessions are helpful, they’re challenging and most importantly they’re valuable because I care so so much about these kids!

These photos aren’t staged or rehearsed but they illuminate just how much i care about these kids!

Hiring Landscape Crew Members, Leaders, Drivers, and experienced commercial lawn mowers.

-$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
-Quick raises come as new skills are learned and the quality of work improves and becomes reliable.
-Weekly pay direct deposit.
-Paid 30-minute lunch and 2 paid 15-minute breaks daily.
-Work four 10/12-hour days. Have Friday’s Off!!
or work five 8/10-hour days.
-Overtime pay is time and a half.
-No weekends.
-Fun, friendly, and healthy environment.
-Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM/6:30 AM - 3:00 PM/4:30 PM.
-Onsite training.

Tug! Tug! Tug!

At AEA there’s a significant value placed upon teamwork. Kids understand that in order to get better they have to help each other!

Winning and losing never happens alone. There’s always someone or someone’s supporting you in achieving your goals, in addition there’s always someone helping push you or pull you! Kids learn quickly that when someone else is depending upon you, you have to bring your very best!

At AEA kids not only challenge themselves through a workout but they get to do way fun stuff too like TUG OF WAR!!!!!

Parents: don’t forget I always train an adult group immediately after the youth session. 2026 New Year! New You???????
