Our Studio 531 Fitness family will grow as usual after the New Year. With the New Year fastly approaching we wanted to share some tips we feel can be beneficial to our soon to be new gym goers, or even someone coming back from some time off.

Tonight we lost someone who meant the world to us at 531 Fitness. Antonio Cummings wasn’t just a trainer he was family. He had this way of walking into the room and instantly lifting everyone up. He believed in people even when they didn’t believe in themselves, and that’s a rare kind of gift. He made our gym better, and he made us better. It’s hard to imagine 531 without his laugh, his energy, and his heart of pure gold. We’re going to miss him more than words can explain. Rest easy, Quez. Thank you for every moment, every conversation, every push, and every bit of love you gave us. You’ll always be a part of this place and a part of us.
