The Dave “Opey” Thomas Double Sock Scholarship Fund helps give kids the opportunity to get on the ice — whether that means youth hockey, Learn to Skate, figure skating, equipment, or help with program costs.

These pictures are exactly why we do this. ❤️
Kids learning. Kids playing. Kids gaining confidence. Kids getting the chance to be part of something.

Ice sports can get expensive fast, and sometimes a family just needs a little help to make it possible. That’s where the Double Sock comes in.

🚨🏒⛸️ WE’RE ALMOST TO $1,500!

As you take your kids to practice or a game tonight, think about the kids standing right beside them.

There might be a child on that team who just needs a little help to be there. ❤️

Ice sports have become expensive. Sometimes a little assistance is all it takes to help a kid get on the ice, stay involved, and feel like part of the team.

That’s what the Double Sock Scholarship Fund is about — helping local youth participate in hockey, figure skating and Learn to Skate.
