Quick announcement: starting August 23rd Monday, Zumba will be back at the Vernon Y! Every Monday is regular Zumba by Megan, while every Wednesday is ZT party mix by yours truly! Class starts at 5pm! Come and join the fun! ( This supersedes the previous announcement about the time changes.)

Just an update! Effective Sept 1st, Zumba toning party mix Y will start at 5:00pm. Class is being held in the fitness room upstairs every Wednesday! Come join the fun! No problem if you’re not a Y member! You can avail of the package deal of $35 good for 5 classes consumable within 60 days! Toning sticks are available to use!

ZT party mix (half Zumba toning, half regular Zumba) is coming back to the Downtown Y, every Wednesday @5:15pm! Not a Y member? Not a problem! You can avail of the package deal of $35 for 5 classes consumable within 60 days! You can sign up for classes even if you’re on your way in the door and into class for contact tracing requirement. Masks are to be worn on your way in and out of the building but can be taken off during class if you have been vaccinated! Hope to see you! 💪 💪 💪

Join us on Saturday, September 26 for the Team LeAnn Zumbathon Fundraiser! The festivities begin at 11AM in the Vernon YMCA parking lot as we'll be dancing for two straight hours in memory of LeAnn Rhoades! It's just $5 to participate and all the proceeds will be donated to help defeat cancer!

Physical distancing guidelines will be followed and face covering must be worn when not working out. Please call the Vernon Y at 724-2348 with any questions.
