Try This: Seated Leg Lifts

Sit in a sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor. Slowly extend one leg out straight, hold briefly, then lower it back down with control.

Repeat 10–12 times on each leg for 3 rounds 🪑 This exercise helps improve leg strength, circulation, and joint mobility.

Seated leg lifts are perfect for low-impact or beginner workouts, and they support everyday movements like standing and walking.

💥 Midweek Move – Side-Lying Leg Raises 💥

Let’s fire up those hips and glutes and keep that momentum going! 🔥

How to do it:
• Lie comfortably on your side
• Stack your legs
• Slowly lift your top leg up
• Lower it back down with control

Aim for 12–15 reps on each side!

✨ Want to level it up? Add a resistance band around your thighs for an extra challenge and even more burn!

Keep moving, stay strong, and remember—every rep counts! 🙌
