Where your attention goes energy will follow.

Feel and Be in full awareness as the weight shifts in circular paths. Circulating the center of this foot. Feel your center Dantian lead the movement. Circulating the center of that foot. Become aware as the weight begins to shift. Feel where the weight is balanced evenly between both feet. Notice the weight settle and sink as it circles again in each foot. Slowing to increase awareness while releasing the effort. Ah! Relax... relax. Ah! Notice as we return to stillness. Rooted in wholeness with alive energy that needs nothing. Thank you. Thank you.
