At Back Porch Yogis Fitness Studio…
we understand that not everybody starts in the same place.
Some people come in wanting to build strength.
Some people come in exhausted.
Some people are recovering.
Some people haven’t moved consistently in years.
Some people are simply trying to feel better in their own body again.
That’s why we built this studio around REAL LIFE movement, recovery, and progression.
Not intimidation.

Not trying to keep up with everyone else.

Our classes follow a structured 4-week progression program beginning each month to help build confidence, endurance, movement patterns, and strength progressively instead of overwhelming the body.
