Update. It's been along time .I have had a new ACL put in my left knee. My left hand got some tendens released. The same day i had a toe nail removed. My hole in my right elbow had surgery which included moving some muscles around in my forearm. Not fun. Now I'm waiting to see what happened to my shoulder during the last surgery. Hopefully nothing to bad. Here are some pics for your enjoyment. I have been staying stretched out and as active as they doc's allow me. Stay practicing and stay health. Love you all. Master Phil
