I'd like to give a big shout-out to my buddy Jilinda! In December, we gave out accountability calendars to be used for any variety of healthy habits we wanted to build and track in 2026..... and Jilinda accepted the challenge. Can you guess how many days out of the 155 so far in 2026 that she completed at least 30 minutes of PT exercises? 154. 154!!!!!! (Don't ask her about that one day, she's a little salty π)
I am so proud of and inspired by this girl's commitment and consistency. We are not quite halfway through the year now. How are you holding up on your own goals and promises to yourself?
