Do not ask me when, how or why, for because, awhile ago a ex-neighbor of mine and my grandparents, I noticed that he had dirty gutters, the reason being is that he did not clean them, I don't know why he had not cleaned them. I thought to myself he probably knows that his gutters are dirty, he had to have, he definitely did, I thought. So why does he not do anything about it. My grandma mentioned that the house wasn’t even his house, it was his moms’. The thing that bothered me about the situation was that under my logic, either he was not taught what was supposed to be done, or he just did not care to clean his mother’s’ gutters. Do you know what gutters do, they protect the foundation of a building. Well, when it comes to that neighbor of mine, I don’t think he had much of a foundation before moving into that house in his life, if I was to assume, If you don’t mind, I do not think he did. I’d like to prove my point with another story. You’re probably thinking what is his point, well that’s ok. I’m talking and I’ll get to the point when ever or never I want. With that said, here I go. I remember a moment in my past, when I was a big little boy, which seems like last week, sometimes. I was with my biological father and brother on this particular day, of which we were together, he was mowing my great grandparents grass. A lot more if you ask him he was doing, If he had the opportunity to complain, he did. Looking back, what these two stories of my life have taught me is, foundation is key to all things of life and in life, and when in doubt, let people go their own way through life, but have a balance of tug and pull in your life. Be present for them, but also for yourself.
