Previously owned by the Northwestern Ohio Tractor Pullers Association (NWOTPA), Heartbreaker2 was built in 1974 by an Ohio man named Chuck Ziss. It was used for several years in the National Tractor Pulling Championships in Bowling Green, Ohio, and at the Farm Machinery Show tractor pulls in Louisville, KY. In 1999 the Warren County Antique Tractor Association (WCATA) purchased the sled and former
club member Danny Lusk restored the sled to running condition. Upon completion it became known as "Big Clyde" and became the primary sled used at all of their pulls. Prior to the 2010 season the sled underwent another restoration that added several updates. In 2011 the sled was sold to Justin Collier, who had been operating it for several years, and underwent another round of updates. The first change was to do away with the 292 Chevy gas engine and Massey Ferguson hydrostat. A Cummins engine and Allison automatic transmission now power the sled. A new air, electrical, and hydraulic system were among the many changes made prior to the 2012 season. For 2013 a new drivetrain for the weight box and a hydraulic push down along with several other changes are being added with the goal being to fully modernize the sled and make it reliable for use at pulls anywhere. A new set of low profile scales were also built for the 2013 season.
2014 saw the last round of changes happen. Mostly cosmetic, the sled has new sheet metal and paint for this season.
