We are re-branding with our new ownership at Smooth Rapids and this FB account will be discontinued soon. Please contact Smooth Rapids through their socials or call 931-452-9251. Currently offering kayaking on the Collins and Barren Fork Rivers and trips to Burgess Falls. We will list future trips on the Caney Fork but everything will be under the Smooth Rapids umbrella. We are sorry for any confusion and look forward to the summer seasons ahead!

When we cancel your reservation or strongly discourage going… it isn’t because we want to. We have YOUR safety in mind! We deeply apologize to those people who have had to rearrange their plans due to the water level the past 2 weeks. We wish we had control of the generation schedule. We hope it will get back to normal very soon so we can get everyone back in the river safely! We miss you and hope to see you on the river soon! 🛶☀️🕶️🌊

DID YOU KNOW…..

Did you know that the caney fork river is regulated by center hill dam? Do you know what that means? That means by this weekend this water level should drop and be back into the banks just in time to go kayaking.

Had a bit of a weather delay this morning but were still able to get a few groups on the water.

Safety is our first priority. Thank you to our groups who stuck it out with us this morning!
