Fitness elastic: who came up with it?
It all started in 1995, not so distant. Trainer Weisshars from Germany and physiotherapist Schmidt from Switzerland have created a new direction - therarobics. Classes include dance moves using latex tape, which has evolved over the years into fitness bands and other types of resistance bands.
A huge number of possible exercises for women with fitness elastic bands for problem areas (buttocks and legs), as well as working out all muscle groups of the body, efficiency and compactness, have made the accessory an integral part of modern fitness.
Who is the fitness elastic training suitable for?
Working out with a fitness elastic band for women at home is actually a replacement for barbells, dumbbells and other weights in the gym. But it is also a very safe training, because with the right approach, the risk of injury is almost excluded.
