Parents/guardians,
Unfortunately, AAU has increased their prices. The insurance you all need to renew is now $20. It is the company’s doing, it is totally out of my hands. I do, however, Apologize for the inconvenience! If anyone is having issues renewing their child’s insurance, you are welcome to bring me the money and I will put your athlete on the insurance as I understand the frustration from this!

RETURNING athletes, you should be able to:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the manage membership page
3. Select cheerleading from the drop down menu then check standard ($20)
4. On the next page, click over to existing account and enter your info from there.

⚡️⚡️A message from Coach Megan⚡️⚡️

Parents/Guardians,

The returning athletes must renew their insurance as it runs out August 31st! Please renew it before your athletes next scheduled practice day after it expires! The club code is W3ADTT. Make sure it brings you to “MTC-McMinnville Thunder Cheerleading” club.

Practices will pick back up Monday August the 28th at the original practice location, 5422 Manchester HWY Smartt Assembly of God church. I will be extending level 3 practices only, starting Monday, 5:00-7:00. BUT the extension will only be Monday’s ONLY as of right now. Thursdays will be 5:00-5:50pm. If you have any questions please let me know!

Monday level 3, comes at 5:00pm and will be staying until 7:00pm. Make sure they have a snack and water. Also, level 3 will be having a uniform fitting for their tops Monday!

Levels 1 & 2 will receive their T-shirts Tuesday. If you’d like to order one for you or your athlete in level 3, please let me know!

Level 3 NEED shorts under their skirt. You can give me the $3 to order them with my trusted website or you may get them on your own! They’re a specific kind, please refer to the picture on MTC page if you are getting them to make sure you get the correct ones!

Hello level 3 parents! Coach Megan wants to give everyone a heads up that you all must purchase a pair of, black bloomer shorts, to go under their uniform! You have two options:

1. Purchase them on your own from a store or website.
2. Give coach Megan $3, and she will order them for your athlete from her trusted website.

“Hi! My names Heaven George and I’m your new assistant coach. I’m 21 years old with two beautiful step sons and a daughter and currently pregnant with a baby boy. I am currently a stay at home momma. ⚡️A message from Coach Megan⚡️

PRACTICES:
LEVEL 3: Parents/guardians, I am extending practices for level 3 starting NEXT WEEK! Instead of them getting out of practice at 6:25, they will be released at 7pm.

ALL LEVELS: Todays practice for levels 1 and 2 will be at the church. But due to the churches schedule the 16th-27th THIS MONTH we will not be able to have practices at the church! Therefore, I am having those practices at the Morrison park. Starting the 16th-27th! That way, the athletes don’t miss two weeks of practices! (Hopefully the weather cooperates but if it does not, I will send out if practices have to be canceled)

UNIFORM UPDATE:
The uniforms have been ordered. Currently waiting on those! Then I will have them customized!

T-SHIRT UPDATE:
The t-shirts are ALMOST DONE! Everyone’s order has been put in and will get them shortly!

BOWS:
Each level has received their bows! I understand some may not have a bow due to registering later than the others! It has been ordered and should arrive soon!!

First week of practices went GREAT!😃💙
Already got some stunt groups put together, and we are all getting to know one another with some team bonding exercises! Trust falls and the knot game kicked off our first week!
We think we have yet another successful season in our pockets!⚡️
