Flashback to the holidays and y’all know that we love . This has been a requested dish from family, friends, and all hunting buddies that try it. It is a marinated and butterflied tenderloin stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños and wrapped in bacon. I use seasoning and the results are amazing. (I like to have mine with rice). Another reason why I hunt so hard!

New heat shrinking grips for my rods to cover the aging cork grips, and then new 30lb camo line on some and 20lb camo braid on the rest. Also, re-spooled a few of my heavy spinning rods with fresh line as well. Looking forward to getting back out on the waters soon, and I’ll be sure to bring you all along with me.

They say patience is a virtue…well my patience paid dividends as I picked up my mount that I’ll call the “Covid Buck”. Harvested December 2020 and delayed due to supply chain issues during the pandemic, the pedestal mount finally arrived today. Already want one BIGGER but happy to say that it was killed in front of dogs on a fair chase.
