Notice for Card Payers :

You will probably be getting a late notice - please disregard it. It's been a very hectic week and I was unable to get the card payments entered into the system before the late notices were printed. You are NOT late and will not owe a penalty.

BID NOTICE:

The City of McLean is now taking sealed bids on the following:
2009 Chevy Pickup with possible lifter problems.
Bids will need to be turned into City Hall by Friday, Sept. 11th, 2026. Bids will be opened at the regular Council meeting on Sept. 14th, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Lovett Memorial Library.
The pickup can be seen in the City yard at 300 Rowe. To see the pickup call James Wills at 806-334-1186.
The inside has not been cleaned out yet, as you can see it has been well used and is rough. The major dent pictured is the only one I saw. There are tool boxes or on this pickup but they do not go with the pickup, nor do the tires.
The front end was just rebuilt & all new sensors for the wheels.
