At 75 years young, Leslie is proving that strength has no age limit. 💪✨
After a fall that resulted in a broken wrist and foot, Leslie made her health a priority and committed to training twice a week with EMS. Along her journey, she also shared how GLP-1 medications can lead to muscle loss, making strength training even more important for staying strong, stable, and independent.
Today, Leslie feels stronger, more confident, and proud of how much faster she recovered. One of her biggest victories? Being able to get up from the floor on her own again , something that once required a chair for support. 🙌
