Back March 2026, our students participated in the ISKF Youth Training and Shiai hosted by Shotokan Karate Club of Maryland. The children are the future of ISKF and we will continue working to build the future united.

Onelife Fitness McLean is open this morning, but the kids club will not be open today. Therefore, we won't have both Shotokan Karate classes today. I hope to see you next Wednesday!

Earlier this year we celebrated the 45th Aniversary of OneLife Fitness McLean. We had a great time with the gym members while promoting our ISKF Shotokan Karate-do Taka Ryu Dojo.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The 4th ISKF World Shoto Cup 2024 will take place in London on September 20–22, 2024!

The event schedule and hotel recommendations will be coming soon.

The venue for the event is EUL Sportsdock, University Way, Beckton, London E16 2RD (part of the University of East London). It is well connected to the center of town.
