A short-handed 6th grade team faced Lexington on Tuesday night and lead most of the game, but could not close it out as Lexington came out on top 31-30.

The boys will look to bounce back this Sunday afternoon when they travel to Morton to face Morton Heat.

3rd Grade Blue picked up big win tonight against Clinton!

After trailing 10–4 at halftime, the boys came out firing with a 12-point run to take the lead and never looked back, winning 16–10. Hank Garey led the way with 8 points and 9 rebounds and Maddux Leesman added 6 big points to fuel the comeback. On the boards, Wylan Goodman pulled down 9 rebounds and added 2 points, and Sawyer Pagel grabbed 7 key rebounds to help control the second half.

These boys continue to show great defense and team work to keep winning these games!

3rd Grade Blue went 2–0 today with wins against Chatham and Riverton.

The first game was a great team effort with strong, locked-in defense. Hank Garey finished with 13 points, and Porter Anderson added 6 points and 5 rebounds.

In their second game, Hank Garey again led the way with 12 points, followed by Maddux Lessman with 10. Sawyer Pagel had a huge day on the glass, pulling down 16 rebounds overall.

The team is now 10–2 and will be back in action on Wednesday against Clinton.

Oly Legends 5th Grade (Milligan) hosted a 10-team tournament this weekend...the Tournament of Legends!

The boys played amazing, but came up just short of their goal, finishing in 4th place. They had two great wins in the tournament, and are ready to get back in action tomorrow night in their El Paso league!

5th grade boys teams from all over central Illinois are at Oly South and Oly West today as we host a 5th grade tournament! Our 5th grade Legends team start their play at 11am at Oly South and the last games today at both locations begin at 3pm.

Championship bracket will be played at Oly South tomorrow beginning at 1pm.

As our first season of Lady Legends wraps up over the next few weeks, we will be celebrating their hard work at their last practice with pizza, activities and a free throw shoot-a-thon!

Legends 5th grade (Milligan) wrapped up a three day set of games, going 3-0! They beat Canton, Tremont, and Fieldcrest. Their streak sends them into the Thanksgiving break with a winning record of 7-6!

The boys have the rest of the week off, then get back to practice next week before their home tournament on December 6th and 7th!
