Choose your track, Power, Lean, or Athlete, and train alongside the rest of your studio in the same class, with coaching, nutrition guidance, and workouts tailored to what you’re chasing. Commit to the challenge. Show up. Put in the work. Let’s see what you’re capable of in 45 days! 💪
