I used to be extremely entrenched in the bodybuilding world. It all stemmed from being a very skinny child who was bullied. I thought that if I could get big and muscular, that bullies would leave me alone and girls would like me. What I didn’t realize is that putting my self value into my appearance was a recipe for disaster. I never addressed the really important aspects of emotional health ad character that build a truly healthy self esteem.

Now I look at both men and women who seem to put all their value in their appearance and not the value of heir mental health and character and it is a very sad thing.

We will all grow old, wither and die. You would benefit the world and yourself a lot more if you put your emotional health first.
