The more your knee flexes (bends) when doing any squat, lunge, leg press, the harder your quads are working! ✅
The closer you can get your calves to touch your hamstrings during that bending, the harder and more work your quads take on & the more likely you are to build them. 👍🏾
Things that will help you achieve this:
Increased ankle & hip mobility ✅
Lower foot placement on platform (if leg press) ✅
Flat surface shoe ✅
Braced Core ✅
