What do all my successful client have in common?

Start by making time for your health today.

Choose a healthier meal

Choose to go for a walk or hit the gym
Choose to meditate, mental health is important

Eat your protein 🗣

Want to lose weight?
Eat your protein or you’re going to destroy your metabolism.

Want to gain muscle/get toned?
Eat your protein! Can’t build muscle without protein & that’s a FACT.

Now that you get the point, what do you do next?
Figure out how much protein you need per day and divide that by 3-4 meals. 👨‍🏫

For example👩‍🏫
Let’s say you need to eat 100g per day
That’s 3 meals 33g of protein.
Let’s call it 30 to keep it SIMPLE.

This meal took me 5 minutes to make
1. Taste delicious
2. Has 30g of protein
3. Super satiating

Looking for input

Recently have had people ask me for training.
I’m running into two issues

•Price
•Time

1.Some ppl want cheaper prices and i get that especially with the economy but money comes and goes, you only get one body.

2.Time not everyone can make it to the times that aren’t already taken up by my one on one clients.

Solution( this is where i would like feedback )

Group training (4-6ppl) maybe $100 a week unlimited training.
45 min Full body workouts
Certified personal training
5min warm up 5-10min cooldown

Who’d be interested?

If you can do it you’re considered athletic. 💅😌

If you can’t. Guess you should hire a trainer 😂
