Correct repitition is the key to changing bad habits ✅

Most of our players arrive having been taught bad habits or incorrect technique from out of date coaching manuals.

One of the biggest mistakes we see regularly is incorrect head positioning.

This is the single biggest factor leading to concussions in football 🧠❌

The tackle technique of these players is still not perfect, but they are now being consistent in their correct head position every time, even after just 3 sessions 💪
